Small 1 woman woodshop in North Branch MN hand making all products. I have been selling on Etsy for 10+ years with over 50,000 customers 100% in love with their purchase. 

I am a widowed mom of 3 kids, who worked 20 years in the hotel industry making sure your events were perfect and now I make sure your events are beautiful. In my off time I am hanging with the kids, at the cabin, gardening, or creating new products for you!

 

Cancelations

If you wish to cancel an order, no fees will be charged if with in 24hrs of purchase. After 24hrs there is cancelation fees.
If a personalized order has been created we cannot issue a full refund, as the item cannot be resold. If the item has already been shipped the order cannot be cancelled. However, if you wish to return the item at your expense, you will be refunded half the cost of the items- we do not accept returns on personalized items (I'm sorry we cannot refund original or return shipping).

RUSH MY ORDER

Possibly depending on the time frame, however there is an extra fees, which depends on the item. Please message RIGHT away before purchase if interested for me to rush your order.

Production Timeframe

Our lead times can vary depending on the item(s) you wish to order. You can find my approximate production time posted in each listing and our welcome announcement.

Your receipt should provide your estimated ship date. If you are confused on when your order would ship, please email us for more info. Our lead time does not include holidays, weekends, or shipping time. If purchasing for your wedding, we recommend ordering early and providing your wedding date with your order. If you feel your order may be cutting it close, please email us before purchasing. The ship date on your receipt will only be an estimate & can fluctuate by a few days. We always want to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner!

PROOF

Yes I can send you 2 complementary proofs before it is made if you request when you order in the notes to seller box. You have 48hrs to respond to Proof for makin changes, if you do not respond it will be made as noted on the order. A 3rd+ proof needed there will be a small fee. Proofs will be sent by request only. If no proof is requested on the order, I will complete the item with your information as quested. If you receive your order and are unhappy with a font or layout and you did not request a proof or did not respond in 48hrs I will not replace your order for free of charge. I do offer a 50% discount on redo orders. By placing an order, you agree to these policies

Personalized product

**It is EXTREMELY important that ANY changes to be made to an order are noted within the 'Notes to Seller' box upon checkout (unless we setup a custom order for you). We process and ship dozens of orders per day as well as answer dozens of conversations per day it is impossible for us to keep track of changes requested to an order and therefore is very important those changes are noted upon checkout, if the changes to an order are requested via conversation but NOT noted in the notes to seller upon checkout we CANNOT issue a refund for that order, Thank You for your understanding on this matter.

Approved Return

If there is a issue with your item and I have approved a return you must pay for the return shipping and it must be received back at the shop with in 7 days of the approval. If received at the shop later then the 7 days the return will not be excepted. No returns on CUSTOM WORK.

Wholesale availability

Yes we offer wholesales pricing minimum order is $1,000 before discounts offered.

Shipping Damages

You must open your box with in 5 days of receiving and if here are any issues you must contact me with in 7days of receiving anything after that I can not help you. DO NOT throw away the packaging, once you notify me I will send you directions on how to handle with the postal service.

Ground Shipping

SHIPPING PLEASE NOTE- if you order ground it's being shipping ground 2-9 business days after it's made. YES, ground, on a truck by the postal service which can take 2-9 .business days. SO if you pick ground shipping at check out it can take a Month for your product to be received. Also ground shipping doesn't have any insurance on the package so if it's damaged or lost there is nothing I can do.
